Sputnik Vision specialises in Low Altitude Surveillance Technology or L.A.S.T.

Sputnik is a low altitude aerostat; a helium filled blimp with a gyro stabilised high resolution 3ccd colour camera, that is able to transmit high definition quality video images to the Sputnik Vision command and control centre. The command and control centre then forwards this information on to an operation centre, traffic management controller, or any customer operations centre, through a cable or microwave link.
